ABC15 has learned that Arizona Sen. Jeff Flake is scheduled to meet with President Barack Obama's U.S. Supreme Court nominee, Merrick Garland, this week.
Flake spokesman Jason Samuels confirmed Monday that Flake is scheduled to meet with Garland on Thursday.
President Obama nominated Judge Garland March 15 as a replacement to the late Justice Antonin Scalia, who died in February.
