Hillary Clinton projected to win Arizona, according to FiveThirtyEight

A Clinton may once again take Arizona come November.

According to FiveThirtyEight's Nate Silver, Hillary Clinton currently has a 53 percent chance to win the Grand Canyon State, compared to 47 percent for Donald Trump.

Silver is perhaps best known for correctly predicting the 2012 presidential election with all 50 out of 50 states. Overall, Clinton is projected to win next month with more than 342 Electoral College votes. It takes 270 votes to win.

Arizona has 11 Electoral College votes and has not gone blue since 1996 — for President Bill Clinton.

While Hillary Clinton has not visited the Valley since March, Vice Presidential candidate Tim Kaine stumped for Clinton in Phoenix Friday — and Chelsea Clinton is expected to make a visit next week.

Meanwhile, Trump has visited Arizona six times during his presidential campaign.
