According to a report from Yahoo Sports on Sunday, Phoenix Suns point guard Eric Bledsoe will resume practicing at the Suns' facility despite likely having played his last game for the team.
Well, Bledsoe has apparently been practicing elsewhere in the meantime -- specifically, at Arizona State University.
AZ Finest Mixtape told ABC15 that Bledsoe spent time practicing at ASU's Wells Fargo Arena every day from Monday-Friday last week. AZ Finest Mixtape captured video from those workouts.
Bledsoe was sent home by the Suns after tweeting "I dont wanna be here" on Oct. 22 -- the same day the Suns fired head coach Earl Watson following an 0-3 start to the season. The Suns sent Bledsoe home the next day, and Suns GM Ryan McDonough confirmed the Suns are fielding trade offers for Bledsoe.
Bledsoe has reportedly been fined $10,000 for his tweet. Suns general manager Ryan McDonough said Bledsoe told him his tweet was in regard to being at a hair salon -- a claim McDonough did not believe.
The Suns acquired Bledsoe in a trade with the Los Angeles Clippers before the 2013-14 NBA season. He has averaged 18.8 points and six assists per game during his three-plus seasons in Phoenix. He had career-high averages in points (21.1) and assists (6.3) in 2015-16.
The Suns reportedly don't plan to insert Bledsoe back into the lineup despite allowing him to return to the team's practice facility.
