As family and friends prepare to say their final goodbyes to fallen Phoenix Police Officer David Glasser on Thursday, Peoria Police and ADOT are asking drivers to show their patience for the funeral procession.
The funeral service is at Christ's Church of the Valley on Happy Valley Road from 10 a.m. to noon on Thursday.

Roads will close from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the funeral procession, and drivers should expect the following:
- Loop 101 Eastbound closed from 75th Avenue to 7th Street
- 67th Avenue closed from Loop 101 to Happy Valley Road
There will be additional restrictions and heavy traffic, so drivers are urged to avoid that area of Peoria from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
