APS launched a new program on Tuesday that would allow those with limited incomes to possibly add rooftop solar panels to their homes.
It is called "APS Solar Communities."
Under the program, homeowners would be able to have solar panels installed on their home at no cost. They would also receive a $30 credit on their bills for the next 20 years.
