GLENDALE, AZ — Power was restored to hundreds of APS customers after a car crashed into a power pole in Glendale Saturday evening.

The incident happened around 5 p.m. near 67th Avenue and Union Hills Drive.
Glendale police say traffic was restricted northbound on 67th Avenue due to exposed wires and traffic lights were affected in the area.

The driver of the car was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
