Wanted: Darion Weaver
Charges: Probation violation on an original charge of child abuse.
In May of 2018, Darion Weaver was sentenced to lifetime probation after pleading guilty to child abuse with sexual motivation.
Court documents show that Weaver and another man sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl in June of 2017.
At the time, Weaver told authorities that, "he could not fully recall what happened due to being under the influence of Xanax."
Court documents show that the other defendant was arrested again in December 2018 for continuing to harass the victim.
Since the start of his probation, Weaver has failed to report to adult probation services seven times. He also has missed 25 drug tests.
He has not been seen since January 3, 2019.
Weaver is 6' 4" tall and weighs 290 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
