Wanted: Penny Annette Maxwell
Charges: Probation violation on original charge of failing to register as a sex offender.
Penny Annette Maxwell was convicted of rape in South Dakota in 2006 and is required to register as a sex offender when she moved Arizona.
She was arrested in 2014 and again in 2016 for failing to register as a sex offender. In 2016 she was placed on lifetime probation for this offense. Court records show that Maxwell has not reported to probation services in nearly two years.
Maxwell is 43 years old, 5 feet, 3 inches tall, and weighs 220 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes. She also has tattoos- A heart on her right leg and “Yvonne” on her left finger.
