Silent Witness is looking for Juan Tortolero, age 59. He is accused of sexual conduct with a minor, sexual abuse, and molestation.
These crimes took place in Phoenix and New Mexico. Authorities believe Tortolero is somewhere in the Valley.
Tortolero is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and weighs 175 pounds. He has gray hair, brown eyes, and possibly a beard.
