Charges: Probation violation on an original charge of failing to register as a sex offender.
Light has been missing since April, 2018.
He was given lifetime probation in 2014 after a sexual assault conviction.
Light is 45-years-old. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds.
He has brown hair and brown eyes.
He has tattoos of Zodiac signs on his right leg and a mural on his left arm.
