It looks like cord-cutters everywhere may actually benefit from the fact that Disney has a controlling stake in Hulu. Disney’s new streaming service, called Disney+, will be bundled with ESPN+ and Hulu for just $12.99 a month!

Those are some heavy hitters in the world of content viewing. This deal could be a godsend for families who are no longer paying for cable but who still need entertainment that satisfies those of all ages. With this bundle, parents and kids alike will still have plenty of options to stream on the cheap.

The price of this streaming service is the same that of Netflix’s standard U.S. plan, so this could create some competition for the service.

If you sign up for Hulu, Disney+ or ESPN+ streaming services individually, it will cost you about $5 more per month.

So bundle up!

When Disney+ was first announced, company leaders said it would cost $6.99 per month as a standalone subscription when it launched in November. There were also talks of the bundle offer back then, but now it’s been set in stone.

Disney+ will have a huge combo library of Disney and Fox content, including the latest Marvel movies. It will also have a big collection of classic Disney movies, a collection that will include the first two Star Wars trilogies.

If you’re a fan of “The Simpsons,” you can get all of those episodes on Disney+, too.

There will be plenty of new content added along the way as well. Keeping in line with Hulu’s offerings of original content, Disney+ will have original shows. Officials said this original programming will include Marvel shows and a Stars Wars spin-off created by Jon Favreau called “The Mandalorian.”

Check out Favreau talking about it to talk show host Jimmy Kimmel:

This marquee title show for Disney+ is already cast and is promised to be available on the service when it launches Nov. 12.

“The Mandalorian” is such a big deal for Disney+, reported the New York Times, that the 10-episode first season may cost $100 million or more! That’s more than “Game of Thrones” cost HBO for its gigantic final season, which was reported to be more than $90 million.

We can’t wait to check out the Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+ bundle and get all that fantastic content!
