A cocktail lounge and breakfast restaurant are said to open later this year at Arizona State University's SkySong complex.
The two eateries will be the first tenants of a new $5 million development at SkySong near Scottsdale Road and SkySong Boulevard, according to a news release from Wetta Ventures, the developer.
Bitters will serve craft cocktails and small plates focused on fresh and seasonal ingredients, the release said. The 2,693-square-foot bar is slated to open in August.
New York Bagels 'n Bialys is slated to open its third Valley location in September. It has two other spots in Tempe and Scottsdale.
The development has enough space for a total of four restaurants.
