GOODYEAR, AZ — Alright, all-stars, a bit of millennial nostalgia is headed your way.
Smash Mouth, the band behind the ever-popular 1999 anthem, "All Star," ("Hey now, you're an all-star, get your game on, go play") has been tapped to headline the Goodyear Lakeside Music Festival on April 27, 2019. And you may feel a bit like a rock star with free admission and parking.
The festival runs 4 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. at the Estrella Lakeside Amphitheater, 10300 S. Estrella Way Parkway, in Goodyear. Smash Mouth is scheduled to perform at 8 p.m. Local bands and artists will perform before that.
Food trucks will be there to grab a bite to eat, as well as a kids area, and a beer and wine garden. While the event is free, VIP tickets can be bought for $50. Those include special parking, an open bar, catered dinner, and shaded viewing area.
