PHOENIX — Disneyland and Walt Disney World may be closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but Mickey and a few of his friends are waiting by the phone to read short bedtime stories to kids across the country.
Disney announced Friday that it had brought its "Disney Bedtime Hotline" back a few months early to "bring a little bit of much-needed joy into homes."
Parents and kids can call the hotline at 1-877-7-MICKEY (1-877-764-2539) to hear a short message from Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, or Goofy. The hotline will be running through midnight on April 30, according to a news release.
Disney has also put together some downloadable sleep activities on their website, www.shopDisney.com/BedtimeHotline.
