Several East Valley cities are being praised as the best spots to live in the Valley of the Sun.
According to a new report from ranking website Niche, Chandler, Gilbert, and Ahwatukee Foothills round out the top three in a ranking of the 25 best places to live in the greater Phoenix area.
The study, which ranked cities locally and on a national level, considered quality of schools, housing market, crime rates, and things to do, among others.
Family friendliness and employment opportunities were cited as top factors in the rankings of Chandler, Gilbert, and Ahwatukee Foothills.
