Farm & Craft plans to open a second location in Phoenix.
Riot Hospitality Group, the group behind Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row, Hand Cut Burgers & Chophouse and El Hefe, confirmed Wednesday it will open a second location of its health-conscious concept at The Colony, a mixed-use development off 7th Street and Missouri.
It will take over the space formerly occupied by The Herb Box.
"We are very excited to open another Farm & Craft in the Valley," said Ryan Hibbert, CEO of Riot Hospitality Group, in a prepared statement.
Farm & Craft opened in Old Town Scottsdale in 2016. Shortly after, plans were announced to open a second location within Gilbert's Heritage District, but were ultimately scrapped.
Construction and renovations are scheduled to begin this week with an opening expected in early 2018, according to a news release.
Similar to the Scottsdale location, the restaurant will be fast-casual during the day and transition to table service at night. Its menu focuses on gluten-free, hormone-free and organic ingredients. Dishes include grass-fed burgers, salmon or steak bowls, and flatbreads.
