Feeling funky? ZuZu, the signature restaurant at the Hotel Valley Ho in Old Town Scottsdale, recently underwent a summer renovation. A neon "ZuZu" sign was installed at the restaurant's entrance; new tables, chairs, and accent dividers were brought in, and color-changing lights were installed on the exterior of the dining room to give it an ever-changing hue.
