The bays have been built. The tees have been placed. The clubs are in. The sign is up.

After months of construction, TopGolf, the high-tech driving range attraction, is putting the finishing touches on its three-story venue in Glendale.

It's now set to open on Friday, Sept. 21, at 9 a.m.!

The 67,000-square-foot attraction is located near the Loop 101 and Bethany Home Road, across the freeway from the newly-named State Farm Stadium.

When it opens, TopGolf Glendale will have more than 100 hitting bays across three floors, two outdoor patios, two 27-foot TVs at the end of the driving range, three bars, and an outdoor area with backyard-style games, such as corn hole and Jenga.

It will be the fourth TopGolf location in the state. The others are near Talking Stick Resort on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, Gilbert and Tucson.

For those have not been to TopGolf before, it is essentially a driving range, though a high-tech one. Bays are reserved by the hour and up to six people can take turns golfing (think bowling). The balls are computerized and measure speed, distance and accuracy and correspond with different games.
