PHOENIX — Harkins Theatres has slightly raised the pricing for its 2020 loyalty cups and the soda refill perk that comes with them.
The cups themselves have increased by a quarter from $6.50 to $6.75 and soda refills have increased from $1.50 to $2 for the 2020 year. What has not changed is the first refill is free for anyone who purchases one of the cups.
Harkins released the design for its 2020 cup on Wednesday, which have become sort of collector's item for frequent moviegoers. The new design was inspired by smart phones and features app icons that highlight upcoming movie releases.

The cups are on sale at Harkins movie theaters and via its website, www.harkins.com.
In 2018, Harkins introduced "Popcorn Perks," which is $30 and allows moviegoers to receive up to 36 medium-sized popcorns throughout the year, and "My Harkins Awards," its free digital rewards programs.
