PHOENIX — Hash Kitchen appears to be inching closer and closer to opening its newest location in the Valley -- and, technically, its first in Phoenix -- but no opening date has been announced yet.
The trendy brunch spot known for its in-house DJs, cereal cocktail, over-the-top French toasts, and make-it-yourself Bloody Mary Bar, is looking to fill 100 positions, including servers, bartenders, hosts, prep cooks and line cooks, for its Arcadia restaurant near 44th Street and Indian School Road.
Those interested can apply in person every day from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. through Friday, May 31 at the restaurant, 4315 E. Indian School Road in Phoenix.
People can also submit their resumes via email, hiring@maggioregroup.com.
It will be chef Joey Maggiore's fourth Hash Kitchen in the Valley. There are two locations in Scottsdale and one in Chandler, which opened last year.
It is one of a few restaurants that The Maggiore Group has opened recently or has in the works.
The Sicilian Baker, a make-it-yourself cannoli bar, opened in March near Tatum Blvd. and Greenway Road. Two more locations are coming to Park West in Peoria, and across from Chandler Fashion Center mall later this year. Both locations will be paired with The Sicilian Butcher, the group's DIY meatball concept.
The group also owns Tomaso's When in Rome, Tomaso's Italian Restaurant, and Tommy V's Urban Kitchen.
