The winner of HGTV's 2017 "Smart Home" contest will have a Scottsdale address.
While we do not know specifically where the home will be located, we know it is 3,300 square feet, has three bedrooms and four bathrooms, according to the plans posted on the official sweepstakes website.
Designer Tiffany Brooks said in the video announcement that the home would feature a lot of neutral colors with "moments of colors" and some great views of the desert landscape.
