SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Old Town Gringos in Old Town Scottsdale has closed.

Southwest Retail Group, a Scottsdale-based real estate firm, confirmed to ABC15 on Thursday that it took possession of the property on Monday, June 10, effectively locking out the bar's owners. Notices of the repossession were placed on three of the bar's entrances, and signs advertising the building's availability were placed on the patio and in one of the windows.

It was located on Craftsmans Court, just north of Third Avenue.

While the bar's website remained up on Thursday, its Facebook page appeared to be deactivated.

The 9,000-square-foot two-story bar was owned by Glass Half Full Hospitality, the restaurant group behind the now-closed Hatter and Hare cocktail bar, and Camp Social, a camping-themed restaurant and bar in Phoenix.

ABC15 has reached out to the group for comment, but our messages have not been returned. We will update our story if and when we hear back.
