The former "Scottsdale Inn" has a new name and will soon have a new look.
In the fall, the hotel will debut as Hotel Adeline. It will feature $12 million in upgrades to its rooms, restaurants and pool area, according to a news release.
The hotel is part of HRI Lodging, LLC, a New Orleans-based hotel management company.
According to the release, the hotel will have 213 rooms, including five 700-square-foot king suites, 50-inch flatscreen TVs, wireless internet throughout the property and a zero-edge pool with a bar, cabanas and lawn games.
The interior is described as "contemporary with a bohemian twist" in the release.
Its restaurant is reportedly being developed by Ryan Jocque, the founder of Original ChopShop, and will feature Mediterranean-American cuisine and focus on fresh ingredients, the release said.
Hotel Adeline will also have a 1,800-square-foot ballroom and a boardroom with seating for 12.
The hotel is scheduled to open sometime in the fall.
