Ted's Hot Dogs has temporarily closed while it undergoes renovations.
The Tempe eatery will be updating its dining room with new benches, tile and digital menu boards, and expanding its outdoor patio, according to a news release sent out on Monday.
The restaurant closed on Sunday, April 23.
The total cost of the renovation is estimated to be $300,000, the release said.
Ted's is expected to re-open on July 1.
The company also confirmed that it is expanding and opening a second location in Chandler although specific details were not released.
