GLENDALE, AZ — Tickets for Justin Bieber's Changes Tour will be on sale starting this Thursday.
According to Bieber's website, pre-sale for the concert tour starts on Jan. 30, 2020.
The tour will make a stop in Glendaleon June 5, 2020.
Bieber's "Changes" album comes out on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14, 2020.
