Westgate Entertainment District is officially on the market.

The asking price: a modest $142 million.

The 530,000-square-foot shopping and entertainment complex will be listed by CBRE, according to a news release.

It is home to home to a bunch of restaurants, shops and office space: AMC, Dave & Buster's, Tavern + Bowl to name a few.

It is directly connected to Gila River Arena, home of the Arizona Coyotes, and not far from the Arizona Cardinals home at the University of Phoenix Stadium.

More restaurants and businesses are on the way. Last month, it was announced that Fat Tuesday, Manna Korean BBQ and Fine Ash Cigar Lounge would join Westgate's lineup.

The listing also includes 30-acres of additional land that could be used for future development, the release said.

"As the West Valley’s premier entertainment and retail hub, Westgate offers investors a tremendous opportunity to acquire one of Arizona’s most significant retail assets,” said Jesse Goldsmith, of CBRE, in a written statement.
