PHOENIX — One of the biggest spring events in the Valley -- the Waste Management Phoenix Open -- is less than two weeks away and M Culinary Concepts, the catering company that handles some of the concessions for the golf tournament, is looking to hire 350 people to help work the week-long event.

M Culinary said it is looking to fill 350 positions, including buffet attendants and runners, cooks, prep cooks, and servers. A hiring fair will be held on Saturday, Jan. 18, from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m., at their headquarters at 20634 N. 28th Street, Building 2, Suite 130, in Phoenix where they will have on-the-spot interviews and hiring decisions.

Those interested should bring two forms of identification. People can also apply online, https://mculinary.applicantpro.com/jobs/1296231.html.

According to the application, most shifts are between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Applicants should be comfortable being on their feet all day, carrying pans of food, and have a valid food handlers card or certificate, and be available to work the open, which runs Jan. 27 - Feb. 2.

Unfortunately, no free tickets to the golf tournament come with the job, according to a spokesperson. However, the Phoenix Open will have free admission on the first two days of the tournament, Jan. 27 & 28.
