COURSE Restaurant Makes Fine Dining Approachable in Scottsdale, Arizona
Viewing food as an artform, Food Network ‘Chopped’ Champion Chef Cory Oppold and his culinary team at COURSE take guests on a culinary exploration through an explosion of both taste and visual senses, using seasonality of products and a progression of flavor.
As its name COURSE suggests, the focus is on “multi-course” and to curate an experience, not just a meal. A 10-course tasting menu is offered Thursday through Saturday and a 5-course ‘choice of’ menu on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with both menus changing seasonally. No matter the menu, COURSE offers something for everyone and ensures guests will not leave hungry.
“When developing each menu, the goal is to incorporate known ingredients in unique ways. Focusing on seasonal ingredients, I love amazing diners visually and technically with what they are eating,” says Chef Cory Oppold.
COURSE does not stop at dinner experiences. With nostalgia as the focus, they take fine dining to new levels in a 6-course brunch concept whimsically known as ‘Morning Would.’ Brunch, only offered on Sundays, differs from the dinner experience as it is more “festive” and brings you back to your younger days, even if younger was just yesterday. The menu consists of classic brunch items done in a sophisticated, fun, and artful fashion. Guests can look forward to inspiring classic cocktails and musical jams from the 80s and 90s. Have a large group or celebrating that special day? Morning Would’s feature cocktail, the Spritz XL, is the perfect answer.
