No-Bake PB & J Oatmeal Bars
Makes 9 servings
Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup of creamy natural PB
½ cup Crofter’s Organic Strawberry Fruit Spread
2 1/2 cup rolled oats

Directions:
1. Place the peanut butter in a large microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20 seconds increments until melted. Stir in the Crofter’s Organic Strawberry Fruit Spread until combined.

2. Add rolled oats to the bowl and use a spatula to mix until combined.

3. Line a 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil. Place the mixture into the pan and press down using your hands or spatula.

4. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set before slicing into bars.

Honey Dijon Sheet Pan Dinner

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes

Ingredients:
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
1 head of broccoli, washed and chopped
½ head of cauliflower, washed and chopped
1 lb Italian chicken sausage, sliced
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
½ cup SideDish Honey Dijon dressing

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.

2. Peel and dice sweet potatoes.

3. Add parchment paper to a large baking sheet. Add potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and sausage to baking sheet. Drizzle with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper.

4. Bake for 20 minutes, remove and flip.

5. Bake for another 15-20 minutes.

6. Drizzle with Side Dish Honey Dijon dressing and toss well.

BLT Chipotle Ranch Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
9 ounces fusilli pasta, cooked
8 ounces bacon, cooked until crisp and chopped
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
½ cup diced red onion
2 tablespoons chopped chives 1
bottle SideDish Chipotle Ranch

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, the bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, and chives. Add the SideDish Chipotle Ranch and toss until well combined.
