Some of my favorite memories of summer vacation as a kid involved the giant playset in my backyard.
My best friend and I spent countless hours playing outside, from the swings to the slide and the sandbox at the bottom. In fact, we still talk about it to this day and can’t wait until her kids are old enough for a playset of their own.
If you’ve thought about getting your kids a playset, now is a good time to do it. Now through June 15, Sam’s Club is having a great deal on their highly rated Lifetime Adventure Tower Playset. Regularly $1,799, it is now just $999 shipped, a savings of $800!
As you can see from the above photo, this playset is huge. It comes with two rock-climbing walls, two swings, a trapeze bar and a slide. It also has two doors, four “storefronts” and a steering wheel and map to encourage imagination and play.
The slide is 9-feet long, and the clubhouse portion of the set, where you’ll find the steering wheel, is five feet off the ground, giving your kids a view of their whole backyard.
Sam’s Club says the playset is full of activities for all ages, so it would be great for a family with multiple children. It is constructed of UV-protected high-density polyethylene and powder-coated steel, so it is weather-resistant and shouldn’t warp, rot, crack or splinter.
While this deal is for Sam’s Club members, if you’re not a member, you can still get a discount. You’ll just have to pay a 10% non-member fee, making the playset $1,098.90. That is still a savings of $700.
If you’re looking for something a bit cheaper, Sam’s Club also has a cedar swing/playset for $898. This one is recommended for children ages 3-10 and includes a play deck, clubhouse, monkey bar, two-person glider, activity table, slide and more.
Will you be buying a new playset so your kids can make some summer memories?
