PHOENIX – What is there to do in Arizona other than go on your phone? Maybe hike, shop, eat, or explore. But that isn’t what most Arizonians are doing.

Ladders released a new study that found that Arizonians spend more time on their phones than any other state!

The average time Arizonians spend on their phone per day is 276. Nevada & Connecticut both trail behind at 262, Ohio at 231, and Indiana at 220. You would think California (204) and New York (206) would be up there based on perception but Arizona is almost averaging 70 more minutes per day.

How is that even possible?

Well for one, during the summer in Arizona there is not much to do other than sit by the pool on your phone (unless you phone gets too hot) or stay inside on your phone in the a/c.
