Taser-maker Axon Enterprise Inc. has won a patent infringement case brought against the Scottsdale company by a Kansas competitor.
Lenexa, Kansas-based Digital Ally Inc. lost its patent infringement case against Scottsdale-based Axon.
The U.S. District Court for Kansas granted summary judgment Monday in favor of Taser International Inc., now known as Axon Enterprise Inc., finding no patent infringement and closing the case, which started in January 2016.
The court put the memorandum explaining the ruling under seal for at least seven days.
