APPLETON, WI — Jax, a 2-going on 3-year-old dog, has been with the humane society for over 700 days. The shelter posted a photo of him around Christmas, saying that all he wanted was a forever home, but unfortunately his wish did not come true.
It's now 2020 and Jax is still looking for a home without any small animals or cats.
