PARADISE VALLEY, AZ — Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey will have a new address soon after he and his wife sold their Paradise Valley home for $8.15 million.

The 11,412-square-foot property was on the market for roughly two months before being snapped up by an PST Properties LLC, a Colorado-based company.

The spacious home, originally listed for $8.75 million, features a farmhouse feel and comes with a 1,200-square-foot guest house.

The sale was finalized Feb. 14, Arizona statehood day, according to the Maricopa County Assessor's Office.
