The Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce said a new grant program responding to the Covid-19 crisis has assisted more than 65 small businesses that have come under threat.
Small Business Success Grants totaling $100,000 were distributed to those businesses, nearly three-fourths of which are family owned.
The grants affect more than 500 employees.
The grants focus on small and micro businesses within the chamber and programs and centers such as the Phoenix Minority Business Development Agency Business Center, NABEDC and Ascend Phoenix.
