Banner Health and developer The Alter Group are preparing to build a $54 million sports medicine center at the Riverwalk at Talking Stick on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community east of Scottsdale.
The 3-story, 80,000-square foot building, which will be located at Loop 101 at Indian Bend Road, is expected open in the fourth quarter of 2022, according to Banner Health.
The building is currently being designed.
Services offered at the new facility will include orthopedics and sports medicine, surgery, physical therapy, imaging, a concussion center, performance training, nutrition and sports psychology.
