The company behind the popular Ahipoki restaurants is opening a new type of sushi joint in the Valley.
Phoenix-based Wade Foster Hospitality Group will open Dori Hand Roll Bar and Ramen in January at the Camelback Colonnade center near 20th Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix.
Wade Foster Hospitality owns the fast-casual Ahipoki chain, as well as the burger and hot dog joint Char’d near Arizona State University campus in Tempe.
For Dori, Wade Foster Hospitality teamed with Los Angeles-based Ahi Mahi Enterprise to bring hand roll sushi to Arizona.
