Another Paradise Valley residence, this time with a more modern flair, has attracted a lot money in a sale that fetched $8.5 million.
The home at 5650 N. Wilkinson Road, which closed in late December, was sold by an entity called 5650 Wilkinson LLC, which traced back to entrepreneur Sabin Burrell, the founder and CEO of several fintech companies and chief manager of BSquare Holdings.
The buyer was an entity called Wilkinson PV LLC.
Scott Grigg, who represented the seller with The Grigg's Group at Realty Executives, said the sale came through a partnership he has with Altman Brothers, a Los Angeles real estate brokerage.
