MIAMI — Super Bowl LIV will bring in hundreds of thousands of visitors to South Florida, leading to strong demand for area hotel rooms.
A Business Journal online search on Jan. 22 for a three-night stay for Super Bowl weekend – checking in Jan. 31 and checking out Feb. 3 – found the most expensive room at 1 Hotel South Beach.
According to the property's website, for $25,383 a night, or a total of $86,958 after a $146 resort fee and $10,661 in taxes, one could rent a three-bedroom penthouse at the luxury hotel, at 2341 Collins Ave. in Miami Beach.
The 650-square-foot junior suite with a king bed and balcony, going for $5,072 a night, is the cheapest room available at 1 Hotel South Beach. The total price for a three-night stay is $17,495 after a $147 resort fee and $2,130 in taxes.
