Nail polish and cosmetics manufacturer VB Cosmetics leased 40,000 square feet of space for its new corporate headquarters in Chandler, where it plans to grow its headcount from 50 to 120 in the next three years.
VB Cosmetics, which was already based in Chandler near Price and Frye roads, leased space at the mixed-use Lotus Project, near Loop 202 and Kyrene Road, being developed by Conor Commercial Real Estate. The building will serve as the company’s corporate headquarters, manufacturing facility and research and development space.
“It was important for us to not only keep the company growing here in Arizona, but specifically in Chandler where it all started, the city is most welcoming and where we have so many personal roots,” Vivian Valenty, founder of VB Cosmetics, said in a statement. “The new building at the Lotus Project truly is a symbol of the next phase of VB Cosmetics – one where our newly established and nurtured working community members can help each other be successful to create and enjoy opportunities and take the brand into the next level with manufacturing developments that will best serve both our local community and all customers nationally and globally equally.”
Construction will start immediately on the interior buildout of VB Cosmetics' space, and the company expects to be fully moved in by April 2021.
