GILBERT, AZ — Park University is expanding in Gilbert, showing no signs of slowing down.
The not-for-profit liberal arts college, based in Parkville, Missouri, recently expanded its Gilbert footprint from 11,000 to 18,000 square feet.
The amendment, approved by the Gilbert Town Council on Aug. 1, also expands the school’s initial three-year lease to a five-year term.
Park recently added office and classroom space on the second floor of its East Valley building, which is located at 92 W. Vaughn Ave. in Gilbert, just west of the Heritage District. The school has been in the building for 14 months now.
