PHOENIX — The city of Phoenix Aviation Department, which oversees city-owned airports including Phoenix Sky Harbor International, is holding an event for businesses interested in working with the airports.
The virtual conference, which will be held on Feb. 24, is free to attend but registering in advance is required.
While the city owns and runs the Sky Harbor, Phoenix Deer Valley and Phoenix Goodyear airports, there are numerous opportunities for private business to be involved. The airports have business opportunities that range from advertising and retail concessions to cargo and rental cars. There are also plenty of construction and subcontracting opportunities with the expansion of Sky Harbor.
The conference will cover the Aviation Department’s procurement processes and tips for success.
