Glenn Rufrano, CEO of Phoenix-based Vereit Inc., has tested positive for the novel coronavirus, the company announced in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Rufrano, 70, is based out of the firm’s New York City office on West 44th Street, and has not visited Phoenix in several weeks, a company representative said.
The company has 15 employees at the New York office and 160 in total. The company's headquarters is at 2325 East Camelback Road.
Rufrano is being treated at home and is expected to fully recover, the company official said.
