A brother and sister have been arrested after detectives say they found ten stolen cars at their west Phoenix chop shop.

On November 14, DPS detectives reportedly found a stolen Honda Civic outside an RV gate of a home near 67th Avenue and Thomas Road.

Detectives watched as a woman, later identified as 27-year-old Victoria Guadalupe Felix, came out of the gate and opened the trunk and hood of the car.

While the gate was open, detectives allegedly saw "several vehicles in different stages of dismantlement."

After getting a warrant, detectives reportedly found a total of ten stolen vehicles being taken apart. They estimated the value of the cars to be about $75,000.

Felix allegedly admitted to DPS that she took the car and drove it home.

Her brother, 32-year-old Luis Eduardo Juarez, reportedly told detectives that the vehicles were given to him without a title and he would dismantle them.

They are both being held without bond because they were on felony release on other charges. They are now being charged with car theft and conducting a chop shop.
