A DUI suspect was caught traveling around 115 miles per hour on the freeway while heading home from the Beyoncé concert.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety reports that on September 20, Cheyenne Autumn Begay was arrested for extreme DUI.
A DPS trooper reportedly saw Begay in a Nissan Altima speeding on the Loop 101 near Peoria Avenue. The trooper says he was going 115 miles per hour and the Altima was still pulling away.
The trooper caught up with Begay near Bell Road. She was in the car wearing a Beyoncé sweater, along with her 11-year-old sister.
Begay allegedly told the trooper that they were heading home from the Beyoncé concert.
DPS says Begay's preliminary blood test recorded a blood-alcohol content of .151, nearly twice the legal limit.
Begay has been charged with aggravated DUI.
