Wanted: Christopher Madrid
Charges: Probation violation on amended charges of attempted sexual conduct with a minor
On January 13, 2003, Christopher Madrid entered the home of a 14-year-old girl who stayed home from school because she injured herself the night before. The girl was in her bedroom when she was awakened by Madrid who was touching her sexually and straddling her with his legs. Madrid sexually assaulted the girl despite her screams. The attack was interrupted by the victims' cousin who came to the home. The victim was able to escape and tell him what happened. The cousin, the victims' brother, and other friends captured Madrid in their backyard.
In Madrid's pre-sentence report related to this crime, he stated that he, "wanted to go out with her and she looked real good." He indicated that he drinks a case of beer three days a week and has used various type of drugs since he was 8-years-old. However, he denies having a substance abuse problem.
Another officer who evaluated Madrid wrote, "Frankly Mr. Madrid as a dangerous individual, whose offending behavior knows minimal bounds."
They also said Madrid acted confused, unstable and mentally ill. He is considered a high risk to re-offend.
Madrid did 13 years in prison and was released on September 6, 2016. He was given life probation, but his whereabouts are unknown since December 2.
Madrid is 40 years old, 5-feet 8-inches tall, 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
