Wanted: Joel Valenzuela Flores
Charges: Probation violation on original charge of attempted sexual conduct with a minor.
Joel Flores has fled from the adult probation department and hasn't been seen in over three years. Flores was given lifetime probation in Oct. 2014 after pleading guilty to attempted sexual conduct with a minor.
Flores was accused of molesting a teenage girl with the mental capacity of a five-year-old. He denied the accusations, but failed a polygraph test he consented to take. He later admitted to inappropriately touching the girl.
Flores is 58-years-old. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 225 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
