Wanted: Richard Scott Monk
Charges: Probation violation on original charge of attempted sexual conduct with a minor
In May 2009, Richard Scott Monk was sentenced to lifetime probation on a reduced charge of attempted sexual conduct with a minor.
Monk admitted to a church official that as a young teenager, he molested a pre-teen girl for three years.
Since that time, he has been employed and doing well, but now has absconded. He last checked in with adult probation services on June 24 and is now wanted.
Monk is 32 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs 200 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
