Wanted: Joel Valenzuela Flores
Charges: Probation violation on a charge of attempted sexual conduct with a minor
Joel Flores has been missing from probation since September 2015. The year prior, he began his lifetime probation for attempted sexual conduct with a minor.
Flores was accused in 2014 of sexual contact with a teenage girl with a disability and having the mental capacity of a five-year-old.
Flores is 57-years- old, 6-foot tall and weighs 225 pounds. He has a black hair and brown eyes.
