A couple from Pennsylvania was arrested after police found 24 forged credit cards.
Gilbert police report that on October 16 they were called to a Walgreen's store near Cooper and Warner roads. A woman, identified as 23-year-old Shatoya Preana Johnson, attempted to use four different credit cards to make a purchase.
She was reportedly identified through store surveillance video as a woman who was allegedly using forged credit cards in Phoenix, Gilbert, Mesa, and Chandler.
Johnson left the store with a man, identified as 31-year-old Travis O'Neil Davis. They were stopped in their car by police. In the vehicle, police say, they found 24 forged credit cards, in both of their names.
Police say all together they purchased more than $1,000 worth of products since September.
The Pennsylvania couple has been charged with identity theft, credit card theft and 24 counts of forgery.
